I’m sorry to hear that, just get a refund from them. They have refunded to other customers before because of customs detention, and yours shouldn’t be any different. Customs are such bastards. Please do come back to tell us how your refund process went.

I am not impressed. I placed and order and after waiting almost 3 weeks, I contacted to company only to be informed that the package was being held at Customs and would not be delivered. This occured 10 days before my message to them and they did not inform me of this.
They offered to reship but could not assure delivery. I am now waiting for a refund.
I will not do buisness with them again… poor communication and customer service

Their products are the same quality as the ones I’m getting from my local pharmacy but the prices are a lot cheaper

IGNORE WHAT I SAID IN EARLIER POST! I did not have the best experience with my 1st order. My parcel went missing but after talking to the supportthey sent me a new parcel and 2nd time was a charm. Will do buisness with them agian.

I just received the order I placed on the 1-06-2009, I’m impressed. I’ll definitely order from them again.
